Content you create using our tools belongs to you. By using AI tools, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works based on NexTool's proprietary analysis tools or methodologies.
NexTool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
