1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NexTool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

NexTool provides a collection of online utility tools for developers, writers, and creators. Some tools are available for free with usage limits, while premium tools and higher usage limits require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use NexTool

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • Free Plan: Limited to 10 tool uses per day. No AI tool access.
  • Pro Plan ($9/month): 500 tool uses per day, 50 AI uses per month.
  • Business Plan ($29/month): Unlimited tool uses, 500 AI uses per month.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
  • Use AI tools to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Automate access to the service beyond normal use (scraping, bots)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service

6. AI Tools Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs for any specific purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The NexTool service, including its design, code, algorithms, AI analysis methodologies, branding, and all proprietary technology — including but not limited to the Fine Print Decoder™ risk scoring system, document analysis engine, and structured output formats — are the exclusive property of NexTool and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by NexTool.

Content you create using our tools belongs to you. By using AI tools, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works based on NexTool's proprietary analysis tools or methodologies.

8. Limitation of Liability

NexTool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
